Paying by PayPal button

By using the PayPal button you agree to the below conditions

In using the PayPal button you agree that within the total price is a 25% non-refundable deposit.

An activity may be cancelled for safety reasons due to inclement weather (at the instructor’s discretion). In this instance, a full refund will be offered (inclusive of deposit) if an alternative date cannot be mutually agreed.

For a full refund of the total activity cost (less the deposit) cancellation must be made at least 21 days prior to the activity date.

For a 50% refund of the total activity cost (less the deposit) cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to the activity date.

No refund will be given for cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice.

Paying by booking form

To secure a booking a 25% non-refundable deposit needs to be paid.

28 days before the date of the activity the outstanding balance must be paid in full. If the outstanding balance has not been paid, Liquid Footprints will try to contact you but if no communications are received Liquid Footprints will be forced to assume you do not wish to do the activity and your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be available for your deposit.

Covid 19 Related Cancellation Policy

If your booking cannot go ahead because Covid19 restrictions have either been extended or are re-introduced to either the Highlands or your place of residents, we will offer you the choice of either moving your booking to another available date or a full refund.

If you personally are affected by Covid19 and there are no restrictions (as mentioned above) involved, then we will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date. If no date is available, then the standard cancelation policy applies.
