Hidden on the stunning West Coast of Scotland is the recently-developed West Coast Snorkel Trail. This amazing trail offers some of the best snorkeling in the UK in sheltered waters with stunning reefs and wildlife.
This is where we will head for our Snorkel and Sea Kayak Days (we offer the option of complimentary transport from the Dingwall area). We combine the wonder of snorkeling with an amazing way to see the Highland Coast, Sea Kayaking.
For our day we will sea kayak from one of the sheltered bays to our snorkeling venue, offering us the chance to take in the spectacular scenery. Landing at our location we will then don our wetsuits, snorkels and fins (all included in the cost of the day) and the exploration of these unique Scottish environments will begin.
As with all activities your safety is our number one focus. During your snorkeling session we will place safety buoys around the perimeter of the snorkeling area so that no one can swim too far from the shore. Your instructor will also be onshore keeping an eye on everyone with kayak to hand if anyone needs assistance.
For the day there is also the option of a BBQ (additional cost). This is all provided by our friends at The Storehouse who will source all local ingredients and will be cooked for you whilst you explore the marine life.
Finally, at the end of our day, we will pop back into our kayaks and head back to our vehicle.
